This time of year I usually put on a few pounds
Hey!
Here's a little diversion…
A number of years ago I got on my digital scale and it flashed 320 lbs. The flashing concerned me – I thought it was scolding me! lol
It turns out the battery was low – I replaced the battery and prayed that it would fix the bogus reading… oops! It showed 320 again, but now it wasn't flashing…
If you know me you know that I am a researcher and need to know how things work…
I almost always do things differently than others, and I didn't accept the normal BS that everyone else was preaching about losing pounds.
I discovered how easy it was to lose f a t – and I lost 90 lbs in just 6 months! I wasn't spending everyday in the gym… (actually I only used a couple of hand weights) and I wasn't eating packaged meals.
I've keep all but 10 lbs off for the last 15 plus years! Now because of my age… and having little ones (including grandchildren) to think about, I'm back at it again.
When I lost those 90 lbs there was no Internet and information wasn't easy to search for, like it is today.
Recently I happened upon an interesting site and surprisingly enough this is almost exactly how I did it back then. This site was created by an ordinary guy who showed me how to do this easily, as I did before.
Oh – and his wife shares her 59 lb loss and shows women how it works for them…
Now if you are like me – working a lot and getting caught up in all of those day to day things – you've probably gained a bit of extra baggage too. I'm sure that, like me, you don't have a lot of time everyday to take on something really involved. Right?
